At Namibia Dairies, we are proud to honour the colleagues who not only excel in their work but also live the O&L Persona every day — being authentic, caring and passionate in all they do.
During a lively and inspiring celebration at O&L Leisure’s Midgard Country Estate, we recognised our Persona Champions of the F25 Financial Year— team members nominated throughout the year for embodying our Persona values and characteristics and making an exceptional impact in their roles.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of our F25 Overall Persona Champion, Jaco Meyer.
Jaco, Head of Maintenance at our !Aimab Superfarm, was recognised for his remarkable leadership during the agronomy and planting season — a role he took on in addition to his own. With limited resources, Jaco mobilised his team to make the most of a very short planting window, working tirelessly, often day and night, to ensure the successful planting of maize silage — key to securing the long-term feed sustainability at Superfarm.
Jaco’s determination, adaptability and commitment not only drove the project to success but also unlocked the potential of his team members. His actions truly embody what it means to be a champion of Superfarm, Namibia Dairies and the greater O&L Group.
Congratulations to Jaco and to all our Persona Champions of 2025— your dedication and passion inspire us all to keep delivering our best every day.
