During our annual OL Persona Champions celebration, we once again recognised colleagues from across the business who consistently and extraordinarily embody the OL Persona core characteristics of being Authentic, Caring and Passionate in their work, relationships and commitment to excellence.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the announcement of Markus Mutitu, who was honoured as our Overall Persona Champion for 2026.

Known for his humility, reliability and commitment to doing his best every day, Markus has earned the respect of colleagues and customers alike, through his positive attitude, teamwork and unwavering dedication.
