Namibia Dairies and the !Aimab Superfarm proudly joined the Mariental community for the Fire Station Open Day held on 10 October 2025, as part of the International Fire Safety Awareness Week. This vital initiative, spearheaded by the Honourable Mayor of Mariental, Ms Cherien Kock and the Mariental Fire Department under the leadership of Mr. Dirk Cloete, brought together residents, teachers and key stakeholders in the region to promote fire safety education and community resilience.

As one of the largest employers in the Hardap region, Namibia Dairies and the !Aimab Superfarm were honoured to support the week’s activities, with our teams on the ground to engage with children and teachers. These moments of joy were paired with powerful demonstrations by the Mariental Fire Department, showcasing fire handling techniques and safety protocols that could one day save lives.

The event was a true reflection of what it means to come together as colleagues, neighbours, teachers and proud members of the Mariental community. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Mayor’s office and the Fire Department for their initiative and to every child, teacher and resident who joined us in making this week a success.
