In June and July 2025, Namibia Dairies Managing Director Wynand Oosthuizen and his Leadership Team once again embarked on a powerful internal engagement journey with the MD’s Roadshow — a series of purposeful engagements aimed at bringing us closer together as a team and aligning our authenticity, care and passion across the country.
This year’s roadshow spanned all key operational sites, beginning at the !Aimab Superfarm and Otavifontein, making its way to Oshakati, Swakopmund, the Avis factory and concluding at our Prosperita Head Office. At every stop, Wynand and the leadership team connected with colleagues to review the successes, learnings and growth experienced during the F25 financial year — and to outline what we carry forward into F26.
At the heart of these engagements was the unwavering anchor of the O&L Persona — being authentic, caring and passionate. These core characteristics lit the path for heartfelt celebrations of our GPTW results, but also for transparent conversations on the past and courageous ownership of the future. They reminded us that strategy is only meaningful when brought to life through real human connection, shared ownership for success and authentic conversations.
One clear message echoed throughout the sessions: we all own the strategy, the assets and ultimately the success of Namibia Dairies. With the steadfast support of the O&L Group, we are empowered to lead with purpose, deliver with excellence and create meaningful impact across every role and region.
This year’s roadshow was made even more special with the inclusion of our newly on-boarded Hartlief Sales and Distribution teams, who have joined our journey of shared goals, values and collective strength.
From insightful reflections to forward-looking focus areas, from fun and food to cake and confetti — this was so much more than just a review. It was a celebration of what we’ve achieved together and a re-commitment to our path ahead.
Thank you to every Namibia Dairies and Hartlief colleague who participated, shared, laughed and leaned in. Together, we are a Great Place to Work.
